Voyager-II board is supplied with an evaluation version of Oasis Technologies Triton IDE, the evaluation version do not have any restriction with respect to Project management, code compilation and downloading, Only that the debugging is restricted to 32K of code size. Evaluation version of Triton IDE is provided with the Voyager-II board. One can compile and build the embedded application using Triton IDE with absolutely no restriction, and one can also debug the embedded application of less than 32K of code size.

Absolutely, in fact the design of Voyager-II board is made keeping this requirement in mind. A 32 pin header having all the required signals for interfacing any external circuit is provided along with power and ground pins. Only care that one needs to take is that the interfaced circuit should adhere to the current and voltage requirement of the Philips LPC 21xx micro controller on the Voyager-II board.

Voyager-II board is designed and packaged in such a way that one can quickly get started with ARM7 development. Triton IDE provided with Voyager-II board, do not have any restriction as far as application compilation and downloading is concerned unlike other equivalent boards out there in the market

Yes third party tools are supported very well by Voyager-II board; the board does not have any proprietary technology which can restrict use of any third party tools as long as they are compatible with ARM7 and Philips LPC21xx architecture.

You cannot have CAN and USB support both available on one chip. There is no chip supporting this kind of design. USB support can be given with the variant of Voyager-II having LPC2148 and CAN support can be given with LPC2129.
